If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange within fifteen days of purchase. Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All items being returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition. Prior to return, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns without a RA# clearly visible will be refused. Please mail/ship your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
